A: Yes, all efforts will be made to accommodate rush order requests.

Q: What format art do I need to submit for printing?

A: High resolution (300 dpi or higher) Illustrator files, EPS, or high resolution PDF

Q: Can my order be delivered on time?

A: That’s the plan! Once we get your order, we will pay more attention on the production and shipping to ensure delivery of your order happens on time.

Q: What is your MOQ?

A: Our MOQ is 10 PCS for spot goods/one color and 200 PCS one design one color for customized items.

Q: Can I customize my own brand or design? How to handle it?

A: Yes. Logo and design are customizable. We can also help to modify our own design according to your requirement.

Q: Which kind of shipping way do you use?

A: Goods can be sent out by courier, air, sea or land. We have advantageous logistics to America, Canada, Southeast Asia, Europe and some African countries. Best shipping way will be suggested according to final weight and volume.

Besides, we also accept appointed shipping agent from clients.
